This is a waitlist for a product that does not exist yet, run by one person. The policy is short because the data collection is small.

What I collect

• Your email address and Instagram handle, because you typed them in.
• Your optional answers to the three questions after signup.
• How you arrived — a source tag from the link you clicked, plus the referring page and your browser's user-agent string.
• Your country, as reported by Cloudflare. Not your IP address, and not your city.

What I do not collect

• Your IP address is never stored. It is hashed once, in memory, purely to rate-limit signups, and the hash is deleted after a day.
• No advertising trackers, no third-party pixels, no cross-site cookies.
• Nothing from your Instagram account. Nothing is connected, and no access has been granted by Meta.

What I use it for

To email you when early access opens, and occasionally to share a finding from my own data. To decide who gets in first. To count which posts sent people here so I know what to make more of. That is the whole list. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone.

Where it lives

In a Cloudflare D1 database. If I later move sending to an email provider, your address goes there too, and this page will say which one.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email me and I will delete your row — completely, not just flag it — and confirm when it is done. If you are in the UK or EU, that is your right to erasure; I would do it anyway.
